Kelayakan
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Languages, Early Childhood Education, or any related field.
- Preferably with experience in teaching English and Public Speaking in an international school setting.
- Familiarity with Cambridge Primary / IGCSE curriculum is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience preferred, but fresh graduates with strong academic background and passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English. Additional languages such as Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin are a plus.

- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to adapt to change, solve problems creatively, and work collaboratively in a team.
- Critical thinker with leadership qualities and a growth mindset.
- Basic familiarity with edtech tools, automation systems, or business solution software is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Curriculum & Instruction
- Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE & International School standards.
- Teach English and Public Speaking at primary and secondary levels, catering to diverse student needs.
- Foster critical thinking, academic writing, communication skills, and confident public speaking.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments to track student progress.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Assessment & Feedback
- Conduct formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely, clear, and constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for academic tests, oral presentations, and public speaking competitions.
Collaboration & Professionalism
- Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum planning and school activities.
- Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and staff.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, excursions, and enrichment activities.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching practices and Cambridge English developments.
Classroom Management
- Establish and enforce clear expectations for behavior and learning.
- Manage student discipline effectively with empathy and consistency.
