Kelayakan
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage (e.g., Xero, SQL, AutoCount, or others)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of managing multiple client accounts and meeting deadlines
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
Tanggungjawab
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliation, and invoicing
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Prepare accounting entries using accounting software (e.g., Xero, SQL, AutoCount)
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Liaise with clients for documents, clarifications, and follow-up
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in handling multiple client accounts
- Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned
- Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF)
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks as required
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
