Kelayakan
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Good technical knowledge and hands on experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and consultants and coordination of sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Self-motivated and result oriented team player with good coordination, management and leadership qualities.
- Based in Johor Bahru
- Senior and junior positions available.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist Superior in day-to-day site activities.
- Site supervision works and monitoring of site work progress.
- Monitor all site testing works in compliance with contract.
- Prepare work progress report and related site paperwork.
- Liaise with nominated sub-contractors.
- Any other duties deemed necessary or instructed by Superior.
- Monitor and report on site activities to Project Manager or other senior managers as required.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, fast learner, self-starter, have a good sense of responsibilities.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated to complete task.
- Have problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Independent and a team player.
