1. Education & Experience | 学历与经验
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
Experience in automotive, accessories, or coating/PPF industry is a plus.
2. Language Proficiency | 语言能力
Fluent in Chinese dialects (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) – required to serve Chinese-speaking customers.
Proficient in English – for internal communication and business documentation.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia – for communication with local clients and stakeholders.
3. Skills & Competencies | 技能与能力
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset – able to contribute ideas for business growth and market expansion.
Familiar with sales planning, performance tracking, and reporting.
Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g. CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, social media platforms).
Able to conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Product Promotion & Presentation
Present products (e.g., PPF, coatings, car care solutions) to customers professionally and clearly explain benefits and value.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments.
Provide regular updates to the sales manager or team leader.
Collaboration with Marketing Team
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Customer Service & Support
Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Event & Roadshow Participation
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, or roadshows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Maintain CRM and Sales Tools
Keep customer data and sales activities updated in CRM or internal systems.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends
Continuously learn about new products, technologies, and market shifts relevant to automotive care and PPF.
