Kelayakan

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably as a gaming provider or distributor.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and achieving sales targets.

Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of the gaming industry, including trends and consumer behavior.
  • Must be able to converse in Mandarin & English.

Personal Attributes :

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Tanggungjawab

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the gaming sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.

Account Strategy Development :

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Develop account strategies to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.

Performance Tracking and Reporting :

  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for account growth.

Collaboration with Internal Teams :

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Contract Negotiation and Management :

  • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Ensure compliance with contract obligations and manage any issues that arise.

Market Research and Analysis :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the gaming sector.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and client services.

Budget Management:

  • Manage account budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring profitability.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
