Job Descriptions

• Update payment details for yearly renewal.
• Responsible for writing and recording meeting minutes for each division.
• Staff recruitment as needed.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

To perform accounting operations.

Job Descriptions

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations. Update the accounting system and ensure all data are up to date.
• Prepare weekly payment vouchers and handling bank submissions.
• Prepare full set of accounts in compliance with accounting standards. Liaise with the local auditor, secretary, tax agent and other relevant parties as needed.
• Prepare bank reconciliation on a monthly basis. Monitor and ensure payments before due date.
• Prepare salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and EA form. Follow up on CP204 with the tax agent. Submit E-forms as required.
• Prepare staff offer letters and general correspondence.
• Any other relevant duties may be assigned from time to time by the management.
