Kelayakan
- Possesses Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
- Familiar with computer and software applications such as SQL Financial Accounting, Microsoft 365; MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Words
- Solid knowledge to handle full set of account
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
Tanggungjawab
- To maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly transaction reports.
- Ensure accurate closing of accounts at the end of each calendar month.
- Perform daily accounting operations including document processing, data entry, invoicing, filing and managing AP & AR transactions as well as performing regular bank reconciliations.
- To assist the Senior Accounts Executive in handling full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL, ensuring accurate financial records.
- To prepare official receipts, payment vouchers and ensure accuracy in payments, amounts and records.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, bills and organised financial records.
- Liaise with external parties; Bank Officers and Government authorities.
- Collaborating and liaise with other departments to provide financial information and analysis.
- To perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
