Requirements
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus)
- Willing to work 5½ days per week with Physically active
- Mobile and flexible to be based at various locations within the Klang Valley, and open to transfers or relocation if needed
- Energetic, proactive, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Independent yet highly customer-focused and a strong team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience in a similar role may be considered for a Senior Position
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zoho) is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with unit selection, payments, and account management
- Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained at all times
- Achieve sales, payment collections, and customer satisfaction targets
- Prepare and process customer license agreements accurately
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare monthly reports for management
- Conduct facility tours for potential clients and promote suitable storage solutions
- Monitor and report on occupancy levels and customer feedback
- Perform inventory checks and manage storage unit availability
- Support marketing initiatives and promotions as required
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Country Manager
- Embrace and support the adoption of new technologies such as CRM and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement
