Requirements

  • Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willing to work 5½ days per week with Physically active
  • Mobile and flexible to be based at various locations within the Klang Valley, and open to transfers or relocation if needed
  • Energetic, proactive, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Independent yet highly customer-focused and a strong team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Candidates with 2+ years of experience in a similar role may be considered for a Senior Position
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zoho) is an added advantage

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist customers with unit selection, payments, and account management
  • Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained at all times
  • Achieve sales, payment collections, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Prepare and process customer license agreements accurately
  • Maintain proper documentation and prepare monthly reports for management
  • Conduct facility tours for potential clients and promote suitable storage solutions
  • Monitor and report on occupancy levels and customer feedback
  • Perform inventory checks and manage storage unit availability
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotions as required
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Country Manager
  • Embrace and support the adoption of new technologies such as CRM and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement
