Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or Accounting.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, ABSS) or experience in software support is an advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Service-minded with strong analytical thinking.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide support to clients via phone, email, and remote access, helping to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues to ensure smooth operation of their business, adding value to their daily processes.
- Log customer interactions, proactively follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken, and work to improve overall customer experience.
- Offer professional and polite responses to all inquiries, providing information about our products and services or collecting details for effective resolution of complaints.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that can help improve their business efficiency
