Kelayakan

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, client engagement, or market strategy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of [3/6 months].

Tanggungjawab

Job Description:

The intern’s main job is to assist Sales Manager in sales related matters such as preparing of quotation and invoice, sales reports and stock inventory. The Intern will be responsible for fulfilling tasks assigned by the Sales Manager. The tasks assigned can be of daily routines as well as on an ad-hoc basis. 

Responsibilities:

Achievement

  • Timely completion of tasks assigned by superior.
  • Timely completion of reports including sales activities report, CRM activity report and showroom/office inventory report.
  • Assist sales team members by making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
  • Assist sales team members by answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information to them.
  • Assist in tracking of the office/showroom’s stock inventory.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Taking care of the office/showroom and attending to walk-in visitors.
  • Perform sales canvassing at designated areas. (Optional)
  • Perform system demonstrations and close sales. (Optional)

 

Administration

  • Work closely with superior to ensure stock inventory is always at a healthy level.
  • Responsible for administration work in the office.
  • Ensure showroom's demo systems are in good working condition for any ad-hoc demo. (Not applicable for Johor branch)
  • Responsible for cleanliness of the office/showroom.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct superior or the management.

  • Continuous Learning: Willing to learn new things, maintain an open and  growth mindset.
  • Adaptability: Be open to feedback and willing to adapt to process and policy changes, evolving market conditions, customer preferences and business requirements.
