Kelayakan
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Certification in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical from authorized institution or any related field.
- MUST HAVE PW3, OR PW4 OR A0 OR A1
- Exposure in Facilities, Building, Construction, Factories & Engineering Telecommunication industry and Data Center Management
- Have skills in Wiring, Installation, Test M&E equipment, Repair Works Building Services Functions; Safety & Health Practice
- 1-2 years in related working experience

Tanggungjawab
- Hands on Service and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building Civil, Mechanical & Electrical appliances
- Daily routine inspection on Incoming TNB Supply, Building Water Supply System, MSB, Rectifier, HVAC & UPS System to ensure in good working condition.
- Perform standby genset offload test and other ancillary equipment on a scheduled basis according to SOP
- Do troubleshoot any faulty element , trace root cause and immediate repair for minor defect and escalate to chargeman for major defects
- Ensure sufficient and working conditions of maintenance tools, spare parts and other supplies to readily available 24hrs
- Liaison with external vendor (if any), perform quality check and test to verify work done properly. Escalate to management for any incidents
- Assist any project upgrading for data center , new equipment room, new installation of any Civil, M&E elements
- Rotate and work in shift if required by management to ensure continuous building operation.
- Standby after working hours if have power failure, temperature fail and any docket from NOC. Attend immediately at site as and when required.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance works recorded on paper and kept maintenance file record in order
- Monitor other ancillary services of the building e.g security and housekeeping vendor works to ensure work done properly
- Assist and deployed for any other additional facilities task / locations as and when required by management
