Recruitment

• Source candidates using online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
• Manage the full hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-up.
• Post job ads and review applications.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout.
• Work with the Hiring team to meet hiring needs.

Client & Business Development

• Identify and reach out to potential clients.
• Promote our recruitment services through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
• Negotiate recruitment fees and terms.
• Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction.

General

• Keep track of client and candidate data.
• Report on recruitment and business development activities.
• Attend networking events when needed.
