Kelayakan
- Required languages including English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin client
- Possess minimum education level SPM
- Minimum 1 year of handling payment experience
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative and willing to learn
- Punctual, responsibility attitude
- Able to work on PH/ shift and 6 working days
Tanggungjawab
- Oriented towards serving others and helping customers
- Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently using the system
- Handle cash/credit/debit card/QR pay transactions accurately and securely
- Following proper cash-handling procedures
- Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift
- Identify and communicate any cashiering system related issue to superior promptly
- Maintain records of daily sales, returns, and exchanges as required
- Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts
