Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and MS Project
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in the preparation and updating of the work program
- Coordinate and prepare method statements, construction sequences, and site logistics plans in coordination with design and planning teams
- Support the compilation and submission of technical documents, design information, and compliance checklists for tender submissions
- Liaise with internal departments to gather technical inputs for proposals
- Review and interpret tender documents including specifications, drawings, and BOQs
- Support tender clarifications, technical queries, and questionnaires as necessary
- Assist in developing presentation slides for the tender internal
