Plan for staff development roadmap in the Company and staff engagements initiatives as well as training & development activities.
Explore various hiring and training initiatives utilizing existing programs from HRD Corp, PERKESO, PIKOM, MoHR, MDEC, etc.
Liaise with other functional/department heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development.
Assist Managing Director in planning, developing, and implementing the strategy for HR management system including implementing, updating, and enhancing Employee Handbook, HR policies &, etc.
Monitor, measure, and report on HR-related issues such as employee relations and etc.
Monitor, track, and put in place necessary action plan to ensure the Company meet the minimum requirements to comply with MDEC’s Knowledge Worker ratio of 70% / 85%.
To maintain awareness and knowledge of the latest HR development theory and methods.
Liaise with panel clinics and track and manage employees' medical record, unplanned leaves pattern, and claims.
Prepare forecast on staff costing report to the management on yearly basis.
2) HR Payroll Function:
Familiar with the payroll processes for assigned projects according to schedule, managed statutory payments (such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and LHDN), online transactions, and monthly reports.
Responsible for other payroll-related matters such as monthly salary reconciliation with Account & Finance team, maintaining precise documentation, providing data and reports for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines, administering payments to statutory bodies on a monthly basis within the time stipulated.
Monitor and ensure accuracy as well as timeliness of preparation of data migration from HR CRM system to HR2000 payroll system.
Prepare ad-hoc analysis on payroll, compensation, and benefits-related matters for the Management.
Basic (up to RM8000)* Negotiable and depend on interview performance with relevant working experienced.
