Kelayakan
- Female candidates are preferred due to the nature of the position.
- Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Malay.
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in admin work or background in wholesale or machinery industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage and update company databases, including client and supplier records.
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Coordinate logistics and inventory, including shipments and restocking activities.
- Handle communication through calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, appointments, travel, and office supplies procurement.
- Generate and maintain reports on sales, stock, and administrative performance.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide administrative support to sales and technical teams.
