Our reputable audit firm, located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a talented individual to fill a multifaceted role encompassing auditing, taxation, company secretarial duties, and accounting. We Are Looking For:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
* Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in an audit firm.
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards, tax laws (Malaysia), Companies Act 2016, and accounting principles.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, AutoCount or SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional ethics.
* Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
1. Auditor Responsibilities:
* Planning and executing audit engagements for various industries.
* Assessing internal controls and identifying areas for improvement.
* Preparing comprehensive audit working papers and reports.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., MFRS, IFRS) and statutory requirements.
* Communicating audit findings and recommendations to clients.
2. Tax Agent Responsibilities:
* Preparing and submitting corporate and individual income tax returns.
* Advising clients on various tax matters, including tax planning and compliance.
* Handling tax queries and liaising with tax authorities (e.g., LHDN).
* Staying updated on the latest tax legislation and regulations.
3. Company Secretarial Responsibilities:
* Maintaining statutory registers and records.
* Preparing and filing annual returns and other statutory documents with SSM.
* Drafting board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other corporate documents.
* Advising on corporate governance and compliance with the Companies Act.
4. Accountant Responsibilities:
* Maintaining full sets of accounts for clients across various sectors.
* Preparing financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Performing bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
