Kelayakan
We’re hiring a reliable and energetic Retail & Channel Merchandiser to join our growing team. This role involves supporting our KL retail store, restocking channel partner outlets like Parkson, and assisting in brand events such as pop-ups and roadshows. You’ll begin with training in Penang, and then be stationed in Kuala Lumpur (accommodation provided).
Requirement:
- Achieve at least Diploma
- Retail or merchandising/event support experience is a plus, but not required
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Prefer candidate from the Northern region (Penang, Kedah, or Perlis)
- Willing to be stationed full-time in Kuala Lumpur (accommodation provided)
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license
- Physically fit and comfortable with stock handling
- Basic digital literacy (WhatsApp, Google Form, Excel)
- Responsible, independent, and punctual
Location:
- Training in Penang (1 week)
- Based in Kuala Lumpur after onboarding (accommodation provided)
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in daily operations at our retail store in Kuala Lumpur
- Restock and maintain displays at Parkson and other channel outlets in KL/Selangor
- Ensure product availability, visual presentation, and merchandising standards
- Support setup and activities for pop-up events, roadshows, and product promotions
- Drive company vehicle for stock delivery and event support
- Communicate with HQ on stock planning, transfers, and simple reporting
- Keep retail and partner spaces tidy and well-presented
