Kelayakan
- Minimum education: SPM and above
- Required skills: Communication, Customer Service, Organizational Skills
- Must be fluent in English, Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Experience in a similar role (dental or healthcare setting ideal)
- communication skills – confident, caring, and assertive
- Highly organised with attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Comfortable managing high volumes of patient coordination and scheduling
- Passionate about patient care and service delivery
- Able to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Tech-savvy and experienced with office systems and reporting
Tanggungjawab
- Ensuring smooth and professional patient arrival, scheduling and communication
- Managing appointment books to maximise efficiency and meet clinical KPIs
- Taking charge of patient coordination post-consultation: arranging appointments, payment options, and liaising with third-party service providers
- Acting as the patient’s main point of contact, ensuring all their needs are met with a smile
