Requirements
- SPM qualification or Higher
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Sales & customer service experience in healthcare retail is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- To cultivate, promote and establish good rapport with customers.
- To promote health screening packages & Health Supplements to customers.
- To advise customers on healthcare needs and requirements. To ensure complete customer satisfaction in terms of good advice, service and care.
- Performs adult and paediatric phlebotomy (Venipuncture and skin puncture) with its proper and aseptic collection.
- To provide explanation to customers on their test reports.
- To act as advisor or counsellor to clients on nutrition, health and fitness issue with reference to our products and services, and to provide good follow-up service.
- To handle IPOS receipt issuance to customers.
- To sell and promote the company’s services and products by means of educating, advising and counselling all levels of clientele.
- To handle and response to customers’ complaints professionally and to provide appropriate solutions in a minimum time frame.
- To maintain good relationships with clients and to uphold the good name and image of the Company through rendering of first-class service and care to customers.
- To assist subordinates on any customer service-related issues and problems and to guide, motivate and train subordinates in proper customer service and care.
- To monitor and control of Health Supplements stock movement.
- To support other branches or service centres, if required.
- To support and handling of onsite screening & campaigns, if required.
- To undertake any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
