- Experience with CS / Onboarding, Must have KYC experience.
- Min. 2 years of work experience in onboarding, customer success, or a similar role
- Educational & Experience Requirement – Bachelor’s degree.
- Language Proficiency – proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.
- Willing work in Rotational Shift.
Tanggungjawab
- Customer Onboarding Support: Assist new customers in activating services.
- Provided step-by-step guidance for account setup, registration, and plan selection.
- Verify customer details and complete e-KYC (Know Your Customer) processes as needed.
- Product & Service Explanation: Explain available plans, packages, promos, and contract terms.
- Recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
