Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
- Possess CIDB Green Card; added advantage if registered with DOSH.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site supervisors.
- Ensure construction activities are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report site updates to the Project Manager.
- Solve site issues and liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients as necessary.
- Ensure all materials and manpower are available as per the construction schedule.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and quality control documentation.
