Kelayakan
- Mandarin and English language is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fast learner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Gather user requirement and prepare high level User Requirement Specification.
- Develop project plans, scopes and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers and senior management to deliver projects in timely manner.
- Communication with third party service providers for project requirement and integration.
- Monitor project development closely. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Prepare Quality Assurance plan, conduct User Acceptance Test and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and user requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation at each stage of the project development including plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
