Kelayakan
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma or degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging from an accredited program.
- Valid professional certification or licensure in Radiography (e.g., ARRT, or equivalent depending on location).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
- Additional certifications in specialized areas of radiography (e.g., CT, MRI) are a plus.
- Medical Assistant certification or experience is beneficial.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Radiographer in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in a clinical or medical assistant role is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable about emerging trends and developments in the healthcare field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional and ethical approach to practice, and a well groomed, approachable demeanor.
- Own reliable transportation and availability for shift work.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare patients for X-ray procedures as per the doctor's orders.
- Capture X-ray images of specific areas of the body to aid in diagnosing medical conditions.
- Ensure patient safety throughout the procedure, observing and documenting any reactions to treatment.
- Update patient charts and address any clinical questions or concerns patients may have.
- Assist patients with registration, update them on waiting times, and direct them to the appropriate consultation room.
- Support the doctor during patient examinations and routine medical procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and dispensing of medications as prescribed.
- Help with clinical procedures and operate medical equipment with professionalism and care.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and informative manner.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies and medications to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
