Kelayakan
- Achieve at least Degree certificate in Education or related field.
- Having at least 1 year - 2 years experiences in teaching English.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate, and level-appropriate lessons.
- Good problem-solving skills in adapting to unexpected classroom challenges or learning gaps.
- Able to maintain discipline, creating a respectful learning environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Lead and support our English teachers through regular training sessions, class observations, and ongoing communication to maintain high teaching standards.
- Support teacher recruitment by organizing and evaluating teaching demo sessions to identify high-quality candidates.
- Conduct placement tests when required.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of teaching materials.
- Identifies problems accurately and improves SOPs to enhance teaching quality
- Communicates fluently in spoken and written English; able to conduct placement tests and make informed decisions on materials and instruction
- Delivers engaging lessons, explains concepts clearly, and guides teachers toward academic excellence
- Facilitates weekly teacher and trainer meetings to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and promote a positive, improvement-focused culture
