Kelayakan
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
- Candidates from Retail, F&B, or other customer-facing industries are welcome.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Genuine interest in the education sector and working with children.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to attend a 1-month comprehensive training at the Sri Petaling HQ branch.
Tanggungjawab
- Drive student enrollment and meet monthly performance targets.
- Ensure the centre complies with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Lead by example in maintaining a professional and nurturing environment.
- Manage centre staff and ensure team efficiency and motivation.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the education centre.
- Prepare regular reports on centre performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and address parent/student inquiries effectively.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase centre visibility and enrollments.
