Kelayakan
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in managing software or tech-related projects
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum principles and working with IT engineering teams
- Strong communication and people skills — you make things move
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal);
- Bonus: background in software development, Web3, or AI-related products
Tanggungjawab
Responsibility:
As our Project Manager, you will:
- Lead project planning, sprint cycles, and delivery timelines
- Communicate effectively between product owner, developers, and designers
- Use tools like *Plane, **Notion* to manage tasks and timelines
- Break down complex features into actionable tasks and follow through with the team
- Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure quality in deliverables
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align expectations
- Document workflows, define priorities, and report project status to leadership
- Conduct test case and prepare product testing
