Kelayakan
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
- Formal education Diploma in Engineering (preferably in electronic & electrical engineering)
- At least 2 years of experience in factory automation & related industry is preferred (e.g., General Manufacturing, Electronics, Biomedical/Healthcare, Building and Infrastructure etc)
- Good communication skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in the current technological trends and how they fit together (e.g., Internet of Things , i4.0, cyber-security, etc.
Task Related Competencies
- Build good contacts and experience with suppliers, system integrators, contractors and panel builders
- Plan strategies for effective customer relationship management (CRM)
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issue resolutions
- Manage and review process for success/failure of sales leads, listening to voice of customer (VOC) and communicating them to management
- Project Management process flow
Interpersonal Competencies
- Professional attitude and good team spirit (e.g, self-management & discipline, work ethic, self-driven,etc)
- Time management
- Liaise and work closely with all stakeholders, internal and external
- Good communication and people skills at all levels
Tanggungjawab
Job Summary
The incumbent is to achieve Sales and Profit target for Malaysia Market by growing the number of buying base.
Job Responsibility
- Work with business leader to execute sales and marketing plan to generate leads and sales
- Develop Malaysia market by building up customer relationship through visitation, value-added services & solutions to generate sales and profitability
- Provide timely customer response, technical proposal and on-site proof of concept (POC) exceeding customer expectations so as to ensure optimal level of service
- Provide market intelligence related to competitor information, industry trend and market outlook for management decision-making
- Establish and work closely with business partner. Eg: Distributor, System Integrator
- Ensure project fulfilment which include:
- Develop the system/solution
- Coordinate with system integrator/contractors on all site works which include conduct of risk assessment, implement and follow the risk control measures
- Testing and commissioning of system
- Buy-off and acceptance test
