Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Willing to work in Persiaran Tropicana, Damansara

Tanggungjawab

  • Administers programmes, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the Company.
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Assists with the tracking of departmental and company measurements that support the accomplishment of the Company’s strategic goals;
  • Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of HR departments as and when required by the management;
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as necessary and to represent the department.
  • Maintains the HRIS database and generates scheduled or requested reports to assist Human Resources Manager;
  • Updates employee phone directory and company organisation chart. Maintains a database of employee contact information.
  • Periodically audits the database to ensure accuracy.
  • Assists in the development and updating of the HR section of the website.
  • Assist Human Resource Manager to process enrolments, changes and termination of employees in all benefit plans and programmes
  • Assist Human Resources Manager to reconcile monthly claims against payroll deductions;
  • Assist employees with any benefit claims issues or concerns.
  • Assist Human Resources Manager to schedule participants in training sessions;
  • Tracks participants and training records;
  • Enters training records into a database and maintains IT.
  • Advertises employee job openings and manages the logistics of the recruiting process upon receipt of classified ads prepared by the Human Resource Manager;
  • Schedule interviews for the hiring manager;
  • Make sure that the work station, computer and other equipment, Company email and appropriate installed original software are ready for the new employees start day;
  • Prepares paperwork required for new hires and establishes personnel file.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of the Company Employee Handbook and new personnel policies and procedures from time to time.
  • Participates on various committees to provide Human Resources support and to monitor activities and completion of goals;
  • Participates in planning and implementing various employee relations and employee satisfaction initiatives.
  • Responsible in payroll.
