Kelayakan
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
- Able to communicate with English averagely
- At least 1 years working experience in related field
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Willing to multitask and accept any other related duties assigned by management
- Looking for a stable and permanent job
Tanggungjawab
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Perform paylip
- liaise with external sources if necessary
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Collect sales from other branches
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, sales reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Maintain office supplies for department
- Ensure all stock for the sales department is always available
