Kelayakan
Qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in HR/General Admin Department
- Must be knowledgeable in Employment Act /Law and statutory bodies Acts
- Must possess Degree in HR Management or Business Admin qualifications or equivalent
Requirement
- Well versed in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is preffered
- Pleasant personality, work independent, self motivated meticulous, proactive and strong sense of commitment. Positive attitude and ability to multi task.
- 'Proficient in MS office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- IMMEDIATE available is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in the administration of HR process and payroll, full cycle of recruitment, job posting, interviewing and onboarding employee. Prepare monthly forecast & yearly budget reports
- Manage HR recruitments, onboarding , employees relation, performance management
- Administration of HR Process, employee records and payroll
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and HR best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulation
- Familiar with Employment Act and Statutory bodies requirement and compliances.
- Oversees the overall payroll administration, prompt monthly payments to statutory bodies
- Manage administrative tasks (eg general office management, office facility, procurement of office related inventory)
- Support Company events and team buildings as needed
- Organise training for employees on companies policies as needed
- Provide HR support to employees and HR related inquiries and help resolve any issues
- Coordinate employee benefits and insurance providers
