We're looking for a passionate and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our team! In this role, you will primarily work alongside the sales team, capturing dynamic, high-quality photo and video content during events, roadshows, and customer interactions. Your work will showcase real-life success stories, product benefits, and brand vibrancy—helping us educate and engage audiences across digital and print platforms.

1. Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year(s) of professional experience in specific field (e.g., event, portrait, commercial, or real estate photography)
- Has a strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography, especially in live or event settings.
2. Technical Skills
- Masters DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Lightroom).
- Thrives in fast-paced environments (e.g., medical expos, athlete collaborations).
- Ability to shoot in varied conditions (low light, fast-paced events, etc.).
3. Soft Skills & Availability
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site at events (when needed).
- Loves blending artistry with purpose—you’re passionate about health, fitness, or human stories.
4. Equipment & Transportation
- Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to various locations (events, schools, client sites, etc.) for photo/video assignments.
- Must own professional-grade equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, etc.).
5. Preferred Extras
- Experience with short-form video (TikTok/Reels) or animation.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
- Understanding of SEO/video optimization for online platforms.

You'll be the eye of FitArch, documenting real-world impact through your lens. Partner with our sales team at events (health expos, podiatrist clinics, athlete partnerships) to:
- Capture compelling visuals of products in action, customer testimonials, and live demos.
- Produce dynamic event video (B-roll, interviews, reels) for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Tell human-centric stories - show how orthotics change lives (e.g., pain relied, athletic performance).
- Edit on the fly - deliver polished, shareable content quickly to capitalize on event momentum.
- Manage photo and video assets - ensuring proper archiving and accessibility for the team.
