Kelayakan
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Capable of effective communication with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Own transport and willingness to travel to project sites when needed.
- Permanent position available.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare and review contract documents, letters of award, and related correspondence.
- Monitor and review Main Contractor agreements to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Support pre- and post-contract activities including cost and commercial management.
- Assist sales, project, and technical teams in contract-related matters.
- Prepare monthly progress claims and variation orders in line with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams on contractual claims such as VO, EOT, and loss & expense.
- Liaise with main contractors and consultants on variation orders and certifications.
- Ensure timely issuance of progress claims, certifications, and invoices.
- Track project costs and ensure expenses remain within the allocated budget.
- Maintain organized documentation (both hardcopy and softcopy) for audits and records.
- Manage quality control documents between internal teams and clients.
- Assist in debt collection and credit control activities.
- Provide general administrative and sales support as required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
