We are looking for proactive and people-oriented students to join our Customer Service Team as Interns. Who We’re Looking For:

  • Students currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Passionate about providing great service and eager to learn about customer experience management.

Tanggungjawab

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers through online channels by answering inquiries and addressing concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Offer product or service guidance to help customers make well-informed purchasing decisions.
  • Support the returns and refund process by verifying parcels and ensuring customers are compensated appropriately on a case-by-case basis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of returns and refunds for both local and international orders.
  • Collect and review customer feedback and insights to help the company improve its services and customer experience.
