Kelayakan
- Achieve at least Degree certificate in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience (FMCG / Food / Wholesale preferred).
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature
- Proficient in Meta Ads, content planning, and brand visual alignment.
- Able to lead a team and develop annual marketing roadmaps from scratch.
- Creative, culture-driven, data-oriented, and a strong team player.

Tanggungjawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across brand, wholesale, B2B, and B2C segments.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, ad placements, and sales funnels.
- Build and optimize CRM systems to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with social media, design, sales, and product teams to ensure efficient execution.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and ad performance to continuously refine strategy.
- Establish KOL and cross-industry collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Organize and participate in offline events, trade fairs, and festive campaigns.
- Lead and mentor assistants or interns to create a high-performance team culture.
