Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential clients (hospitals, clinics, labs, insurers, etc.) through market analysis and outreach.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects.
- Develop tailored proposal / presentation to convert lead into customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building :
- Assist in scheduling meetings, presentations, and product demos for team members and clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with mid-level decision-makers (procurement teams, department heads).
- Support in preparing proposals, quotes, and tender responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, product to align offerings with market needs.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis :
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in healthcare.
- Provide insights to the team on emerging opportunities and customer needs.
Sales Support & Deal Execution :
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns, webinars, and events for lead generation.
- Follow up on sales leads and assist in closing deals under guidance.
- Participate in negotiations and contract discussions.
Reporting & Coordination :
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead progress and conversion metrics.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement creative digital campaigns (FB Live, TV Live, marketplace promotions) to boost engagement and sales.
- Conceptualize A/B testing, remarketing tactics, and sales funnels for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to align campaigns with Dong Foong Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.
- Create compelling copywriting and multimedia content (video scripts, blogs, social posts) to enhance brand awareness.
- Manage daily operations of BD marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Proofread and standardize content across all platforms (website, visuals, ads).
