Requirements
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Drafting, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential); Revit/BIM experience is a plus.
- 1–3 years of relevant drafting experience in electrical, solar projects is a plus.
- Familiar with authority submission standards and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and version control discipline.
- Able to work independently and meet drawing deadlines under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Draft and update electrical drawings including:
- LV, MV, and ELV layouts
- Single-line diagrams (SLDs)
- Cable routing and trunking
- Solar PV system layouts, string configuration & inverter connection (if applicable)
- Prepare and revise drawings based on mark-ups, site conditions, or consultant comments.
- Produce as-built drawings based on redline updates from site teams.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements and relevant authority standards (e.g., TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, SEDA).
- Assist in compiling, organizing, and binding of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for submission during project handover.
- Maintain accurate drawing registers and documentation records.
- Coordinate with site and technical teams to clarify design or resolve discrepancies.
- Support technical meetings and documentation coordination when required.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Project or Top Management.
