Kelayakan
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
- Preferably younger audience between fresh graduate to mid age, women would be preferable as IT's a 100% beauty industry focus, with mostly female audience and customers.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Shoppe, Canva, Cap Cut, WhatsApp Business
- Creative, self-motivated, and well-organized
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Bonus: Prior experience in beauty, retail, or content creation
Tanggungjawab
Administrative Tasks
- Handle appointment bookings via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and phone
- Maintain customer records and update client databases
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock ordering
- Prepare invoices, simple sales reports, and track expenses
- Ensure a clean and organized reception/front desk area
- Support team coordination and manage daily operations
Marketing Tasks
- Create and schedule content for social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook)
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes videos, client transformations, etc.
- Monitor analytics and track engagement/performance
- Brainstorm promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly
- Update service menus and promote special packages or launches
