Kelayakan

Accountant Assistant:

  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 
  • At least one year experience in audit / book keeping 

Admin Executive:

  • Minimum SPM. Fresh Graduates /Entry Level Candidates are encouraged to apply 
  • Computer literate with average typing skill needed
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office (Word, Excel), Canva
  •  Basic English


Tanggungjawab

Accountant Assistant:  

  • Input data into Bukku accounting software (training provided)
  • Make payment
  • Do claims, fillings and documentation
  • Data entry, book keeping, compliance check
  • Reconcile payment and sales to bank statement
  • To check and update invoices and banking transaction
  • To ensure that overall tasks / activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in timely manner
  • Handle some basic admin tasks
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required/assigned
  • Can work independently, good working attitude, able to work well with all levels of staff and management, possess initiative, able to follow instructions

Admin Executive:

  • Assist Accounts Department in doing daily task, including but not limited to: checking invoice and claim, maintain Company's financial record, filling, payment, creating invoices.
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Design social media content and handle social media account
  • To arrange enrichment classes, students matters
  • PA to centre manager
  • Prepare letter, handle licensing of the school and ensure all documentation is filled properly
  • To maintain proper filling system and matching of documents
  • Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management
  • Answer door and receive parcels.
