At least a Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resource or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experiences. Experience working in Financial Institution and IT Industry will be an added advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
To develop, review, maintain and ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures across the Bank.
Update and maintain HR strategies and continuously improving the delivery of effective HR services.
Review, enhance and propose good HR practices, policies, procedures and framework with ensure IT is up to date standard.
Lead full spectrum of human capital management and provide HR related advice to the Management.
Work with HODs to identify personnel key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to achieve the agreed deliverables and departmental goals.
Work with HODs in the development of learning and training modules and ensure training objectives are achieved.
Establish close rapport and working relationship with internal team members and provide HR solutions to respective divisions.
Liaise with the Management to develop effective and timely manpower planning to maintain optimum level of manning.
Actively identify personnel and job-related gaps and implement changes necessary to improve staffing quality of the Bank.
Work with HODs to handle employee relations and industrial relation issues.
Oversees the full HR functions such as payroll administration, recruitment, new employee onboard orientation, leave application, etc. are executed in an effective and timely manner.
Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of HR policies and Code of Conduct are well adhered to across the Bank.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements pertaining to HR related matters and procedures.
Responsible for handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices. Set direction, create policy and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues.
Handle all administrative related matters of the Bank.
Employer EPF contribution rate is 16%.
