Kelayakan

  • At least a Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resource or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experiences. Experience working in Financial Institution and IT Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good communication skill and people oriented.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Good organization and analytical skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Tanggungjawab

  • To develop, review, maintain and ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures across the Bank.
  • Update and maintain HR strategies and continuously improving the delivery of effective HR services.
  • Review, enhance and propose good HR practices, policies, procedures and framework with ensure IT is up to date standard.
  • Lead full spectrum of human capital management and provide HR related advice to the Management.
  • Work with HODs to identify personnel key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to achieve the agreed deliverables and departmental goals.
  • Work with HODs in the development of learning and training modules and ensure training objectives are achieved.
  • Establish close rapport and working relationship with internal team members and provide HR solutions to respective divisions.
  • Liaise with the Management to develop effective and timely manpower planning to maintain optimum level of manning.
  • Actively identify personnel and job-related gaps and implement changes necessary to improve staffing quality of the Bank.
  • Work with HODs to handle employee relations and industrial relation issues.
  • Oversees the full HR functions such as payroll administration, recruitment, new employee onboard orientation, leave application, etc. are executed in an effective and timely manner.
  • Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of HR policies and Code of Conduct are well adhered to across the Bank.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements pertaining to HR related matters and procedures.
  • Responsible for handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices. Set direction, create policy and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues.
  • Handle all administrative related matters of the Bank.
