This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored sales solutions to help achieve company revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in closing deals, analyzing market trends, and serving as a product expert to provide strategic sales support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Specialist, Account Executive, or Business Development role.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to understand complex products or services and explain them simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- High level of motivation, initiative, and accountability.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or industry conferences as needed.

Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
