Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced *HR Manager* to lead our Human Resources department and support the company's growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR practices, as well as hands-on experience in setting up and using HR or enterprise-level IT systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or equivalent.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR roles, including 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Hands-on experience with HR software (Infotech)
- Strong understanding of Malaysia’s labour law and HR best practices.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to improve HR processes through digital tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, or service-driven industries is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and SOPs aligned with company values and legal requirements.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive performance management, learning and development, and staff engagement programs.
- Ensure legal compliance and handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain accurate employee records, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates.
- Set up, customize, and manage HR software/tools for performance reviews, attendance, training, and communication.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational structure.
- Champion a high-performance, values-driven culture.
