Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree or above in human resource management and related majors
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR or relevant fields
- Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia, and able to communicate simply in Mandarin.
- Be familiar with worker recruitment,Have resources of foreign labor companies.
- Familiar with the labor law of Malaysia
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
Tanggungjawab
- Be responsible for basic worker recruitment and coordinating with foreign labor companies.
- Be responsible for tasks such as employees' on - boarding and off - boarding, attendance management, and leave management.
- Assist the HR manager in streamlining HR processes and improving HR forms.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Other assistant work in the human resources department
