Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in account or related to finance
- Proficient in accounting software such as AutoCount and SQL
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility, good time management, and a team player
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Tanggungjawab
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and data entry using software such as AutoCount and SQL
- Assist in preparing financial reports, documentation, and reconciliation
- Ad hoc filing, organizing, and maintaining company records and documents
- Assist clients in generating payslips, filing forms, and supporting documents such as e-invoices
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Support the team with other accounting and admin-related duties as required
