Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM
  • Language: Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good working attitude, discipline, punctual, flexible and in good health
  • Preferably candidates with experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Willing to work overtime and shift rotation

Tanggungjawab

  • Required to handle the cash register operation with good customer service skill.
  • Attend to customers upon entrance
  • Present restaurant menus and help customers select
  • Take and serve orders
  • Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary and new products
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Issue bills and accept payment
  • To perform the tasks assigned by Supervisor
  • To assist Supervisor in the day-to-day operations
  • To arrange all food items properly in stores
  • To ensure and adhere strict safety, hygiene and sanitation of the dining area
  • Cleaning, stocking, sanitizing and maintaining the kitchen.
  • Cleaning, washing and drying all cookware, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
  • Putting away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.
  • Preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, grinding, mincing and slicing ingredients.
  • Helping with the preparation of meal ingredients. ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom, measuring ingredients as per the cook's instructions.
  • Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks.
  • Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans and bins.
  • Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
  • Handling proper food handling procedures and remove expired or spoiled ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom.
  • Following all food health and safety regulations and display exceptional organizational skills to ensure the timely completion of kitchen duties.
  • Packing take-out orders as needed.
  • Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
  • Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries.
