Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field, preferably related to retail management.
  • Preferably have experience in customer care & service enviroment.
  • Must have pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Possess strong negotiation and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Tanggungjawab

  • To build and maintain relationships with all at management level in all of the Department to facilitate the efficient escalation and resolution of Customer issues.
  • To compile Customer Complaint letters from all stores.
  • To Monitor and attend to all Customer Voice
  • To assist Customer Care Manager in daily working task.
  • To monitor overall in Member Card and Service Counter activities.
  • To communicate management objectives to the team and to ensure that the efforts of the team are focused on achieving these objectives.
  • To ensure that all correspondence (faxes/e-mails/letters) are handled properly & on a timely basis and according to set standards in order to maintain quality customer service.
  • To consult with Customer Care Manager on the Customer Care Departments staff skills gap.
  • To support all process management in planning, execution, auditing of Cashier or related to Customer Care Project.
  • To monitor and prepare Customer Care Manager Reports.
  • To act as proxy in the absent of Customer Care Manager.

  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property / Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Candidate from Marketing background is also encouraged to apply.

  • Possess strong negotiation and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
