Kelayakan
Pump & Flow is a newly formed engineering consultancy. It has operated out of Perth, Australia, for the past 2 years and exists to provide advice on pump selection and pump system design for the mining industry. Its specialty is pumping mineral slurries, and to support this effort Pump & Flow has a fully equipped laboratory to test and characterise the pumped material.
Pump & Flow requires the support of a bright and motivated person in KL to help drum up new business and grow the company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Tanggungjawab
The coordinator is required to:
- Search public data (ie LinkedIn) to identify relevant contacts
- Reach out to establish and maintain relationships with relevant contacts
- Coordinate promotional efforts
- Discuss business prospects with relevant contacts
- Manage a database of prospective leads
- Conduct industry research
- Manage online presence (website, LinkedIn posts, Google Ads, etc)
There is also a requirement to assist with general business administration, including:
- Scanning paperwork
- Filing documents
- Preparing timesheets and invoices
- Managing documentation
- Scheduling
The ideal candidate will be personable, and have an excellent command of written English. He or she will also be a self-starter able to work autonomously and will be a terrific people person with a meticulous knack for details. No prior engineering knowledge is required.
