Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in handling credit control specializing in Property Development Industry.
  • Required skill(s) MS Office, MS Word, familiar with Property system software (eg: IFCA, Prosales, etc in any)
  • Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Good in documentation and filing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow up skills.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist/handle day-to-day activities.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing and solicitor for PA relevant matters and maintain records accordingly.
  • Liaise with lawyer, purchaser and financier on the execution of legal documents and disbursement on time.
  • To check the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentation, and other relevant documents related to the sales.
  • To handle loan arrangement/documentation and all matter pertaining to sales administration function.
  • Generate and send out progress billings and invoices and ensure the collection from the purchaser and end financier are collected promptly.
  • Ensure billings, reminders, termination, loan documentation are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sales and Purchase Agreement.
  • Assist in handling documentation on Memorandum of Transfer and Strata Title.
  • Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents and updates into system.
  • Keeping the computer system updated and generate all the reports as and required.
  • Generate reports on unsigned SPA & lot aging reports every beginning of the month and end of the month.
  • Follow up with the sales and marketing team on the New Sales at the end of the day.
  • To draft letters and replies for incoming correspondences from the purchaser or lawyer.
  • Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
