Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- At least 2 years sales experience in Retail/FMCG/Licensed Merchandise/Media Sale
- Passion for entertainment, pop culture, and global IP brands.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow in the exciting IP industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales for exclusive licensed merchandise across retail and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and partners.
- Manage orders, invoicing, and ensure smooth delivery coordination.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Support events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns featuring top IPs.
- Ensure all sales comply with licensors’ branding and merchandising standards
